Subscriber Ticket Information

2010/11 Ticket Information
Premium Subscriber Rush
All Premium subscribers have the exclusive benefit of purchasing two additional tickets per production per subscriber account at 50% off the regular price (to a minimum of $26.00) during the National Ballet’s main season performances. Tickets are available online and by phone (service charges apply) or in person at the Box Office as of 12:00 noon one day prior to any performance. This offer is subject to availability and seating restrictions apply. Excludes The Nutcracker and the Gala.
Tax Receipt
If you cannot attend one of the performances, why not treat a friend to the ballet? If that’s not possible, The National Ballet of Canada (as a charitable organization) can issue a tax receipt to the purchaser. The actual tickets (photocopies not valid) must be returned to Audience and Donor Services a minimum of 48 hours before the performance date on the ticket. Tax receipts are issued only on subscription tickets for the value on each ticket; can only be issued on original tickets; and can only be issued to the account holder.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
Lost or damaged tickets can be replaced in person at the Box Office or by phone. Please note that tickets are printed on heat-sensitive paper; any contact with higher temperatures will cause the ticket to darken or turn black.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating in the Four Seasons Centre is located on all levels excluding Ring 5. Accessible seating must be purchased a minimum of 48 hours prior to performance, based on availability.
Patrons’ Council and Friends’ Corps members
Donors are identified on the lower left hand side of each subscription ticket or the centre of each eTicket. Simply show your ticket to gain entry to your donor lounge. Please note: Donor status accurate at the time of ticket printing.
Important Policy Information
In the interest of all patrons, latecomers will not be allowed to enter or re-enter the theatre until the intermission. We welcome children (15 and under) who are old enough to enjoy the National Ballet’s performances. Please note that ballet performances are not suitable for most children under 5. All patrons, including children, must have a ticket to enter the theatre; children must be seated beside the accompanying adult. No babes in arms will be permitted inside the theatre. Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies to perfumed fragrances. All dates, prices, programmes and casting are subject to change without advance notice. We regret that we cannot refund tickets based on any of the aforementioned changes.
